Since our establishment, Johnstaff has been involved in the delivery of high-tech, complex projects and in particular, the design and construction of Pharmaceutical and Clean Room facilities. Our commissions have included the redevelopment and/or expansion of existing facilities, many of which are required to remain fully operational through the course of construction.

Our expertise and experience lies not just in our specialist construction knowledge, but in our ability to identify risk mitigation strategies and solution-based outcomes that complement our clients’ operational requirements whether we are leading the design process as Project Manager, providing strategic cost advice as Cost Manager or acting as the client- side builder in our own right.

The experience of our senior practitioners in IQ/OQ/PQ validation and TGA certification ensures facilities are designed, built and commissioned once, avoiding unnecessary and extremely expensive downtime for clients’ manufacturing facilities.

We are able to commission and validate for compliance with the Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), providing guaranteed outcomes to suit the pharmaceutical regulatory requirements to ensure compliance is maintained at all times.
