We fully understand government expectations and design requirements for these critical secure environments and have proven experience in all phases of the project lifecycle including development of business cases, stakeholder briefing and design management, procurement of building or trade contractors, facility and operational commissioning and procurement of outsourced facility maintenance agreements.

We understand the specific planning, design and construction detailing that is critical in these environments in order to accommodate key issues such as changing security technologies, strict separation of flows through passive and active means and to address common risks inherent in each facility type such as contraband and self-harm.
