We have acted as Project Managers for a range of clients, and have managed condition and compliance assessments to ensure operators can have confidence in retaining their licences through the Federal Government’s Approvals Rounds, as well as assessing the feasibility of procuring existing facilities.
Our Advisory expertise has facilitated portfolio-wide reviews focused on growth and asset optimization to align with our clients’ strategic plans, while our Development Management capacity can assist in capital planning needs including land acquisition, community infrastructure planning, development projects and asset facilities maintenance.
We have also provided Construction Services for the upgrade and expansion of a number of facilities, ensuring our clients can control the staging of construction activities and provide flexibility in responding to the day to day accommodation needs of their facilities.
