Our Cost Management service was designed to be complementary to our other service offerings. Our Cost Managers are able to provide specialist advice to our Advisory, Project Management and Construction Services teams in the development of feasibility studies and business cases and in peer reviewing cost plans and assessments from other Quantity Surveyors. We develop detailed cost estimates and trade breakdowns where Johnstaff takes on the role of Construction Manager or Building Contractor for our clients.
